BANGKOK : - Thai Court of Appeals will issue a ruling on the alleged election law violation case against suspended Bangkok Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra on September 5.
The court set the ruling date after Sukhumbhand's lawyer presented accounts of three defence witnesses to the court.
Election Commission voted 3:2 to disqualify Sukhumbhand on ground that a Democrat member campaigned for him by allegedly framing the Sukhumbhand's rival candidate from the Pheu Thai party.
