THAILAND :July 8 2014 Thai AirAsia X has announced that it will fly non-stop direct flights from Thailand to Japan as from 1 September.
Thai AirAsia X is a joint venture of Malaysian long haul low-fare airline AirAsia X.
It serves Thai regularly scheduled long haul international flights from Bangkok’s Don Mueang airport.
The low fares to Japan are available starting from 2,990 baht for one way in a bid to celebrate the occasion.
Passengers can begin to book plane tickets starting today until 13 July.
Numbers of Thai tourists willing to travel to Japan are nearly 300,000 during the first five months of 2014, which is a significant increase of 62% from the previous year.
A total of 1.5 million Japanese tourists are expected to travel to Thailand this year.
