Colourful Vintage Car Procession Joins The Queen’s 82nd




BANGKOK : -- The government and private sectors  today joined hands to celebrate Her Majesty the Queen's birthday  nationwide with religious functions, merit-making, and other charity activities to wish the Queen healthy and long live. 

Colourful and  joyous events which also featured  exhibitions of the queen’s  several decades of hardworking and scarifying for the people were also held across the country to celebrate the queen’s 82nd birthday anniversary.
 
Colourful procession of more than 140 vintage and micro  cars also formed part of  the celebration.

The procession started moving out of the Royal Plaza along the Ratchadamnern Avenue to Sanam Luang, Pom Prakarn, Maha Chai, Bamrung Muang, Krung Kasem, Hua Lampong, Yaowaraj, Ratchadamnern Nok and back to the  Royal Plaza.

The procession was launched on the streets at a ceremony presided over by Army deputy chief-of-staff Lt-Gen Surachet Chaiwong at the Royal Plaza.
